Bill Bouska

Bill is an experienced Government Relations professional, guiding health care organizations health policy, strategy, and implementation. Bill works to ensure organizations can inform current health policy and regulatory entities and develop transformative strategies for future success. 

 

He worked for over 25 years at the Oregon Health Authority, focused on Medicaid policy development and implementation, health system innovation, and behavioral health. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Montana and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Lewis and Clark College.
