Dick Sharp

Dick’s expertise is in the area of organizational and leadership development, talent management, organizational and team effectiveness, and talent acquisition.

 

His HR and organizational development experience spans 35 years across healthcare and other industries including companies such as NIKE, Intel, and T-Mobile.  Dick continues to provide consulting services to Federally Qualified Health Centers, state primary care associations, and other firms in the community health sector. His most recent full-time roles include Portneuf Medical center in Pocatello, ID where he was the HR Director, and prior to that the Chief Human Resources Officer for Northern Arizona Healthcare - a 2-hospital health system of approximately 4,000 team members.  He has worked within community health in addition to his time as the HR VP for a regional health insurance company. 

 

Dick and his wife live in Central Oregon and enjoy all the outdoor opportunities it has to offer.  In their leisure time you can find the Sharp’s on the golf course and hiking with their dog.
