
Duncan Stuard
Duncan is a housing-focused case worker at the Somerville Homeless Coalition, working to deliver trauma-informed and accessible care to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Greater Boston area. Duncan serves on Somerville's Affordable Housing Trust Fund, and is a co-administrator for Cambridge's Housing & Benefits Coalition. His work has focused on shelter administration, low-barrier housing access, and opioid use disorder treatment systems.

Duncan has worked on drug and homelessness systems implementation in Portland, OR and Skagit County WA, providing well-researched policy advice and ground floor perspectives on system efficacy for the unhoused community. His work aims to center the patient experience in policy work, and to prioritize healthcare employees' well being in the workplace. Duncan has a Bachelors in Political Science and Gender from St. Lawrence University.
