J.R. is an executive leader with over 25 years of extensive expertise and success in operations, sales/business development, client success and innovation. He has spent his career specializing in the health sector constantly driving innovation for both providers and payers. This includes leveraging his strategic and innovative solution design approach that has had residual success executing small to complex enterprise level initiatives and projects.

 

Over the past 25 years J.R. has worked for major health plans such as HCSC and Centene, as well as extensive experience from the vendor perspective leading U.S. sales and operations for international companies to deliver innovative solutions to healthcare and workers compensation payers.  J.R. provided such strategic direction and solution design resulting in 10x growth in less than 2 years.

 

J.R. has assessed and consulted on delivery models and workers compensation programs across North and South America over the last 10 years obtaining exposure to various models of care delivery, care management, program administration and information technology.
